Does renewing change my license type or usage limits?
No. Renewal extends access to updates and support for your existing license. Your license type, permitted number of computers, and annual flight log processing limit remain the same. If you need to increase the usage limits for an existing license key, email [email protected] for help.
When does my renewed year of updates begin?
If your update period has already expired, the renewed year begins on the day you renew. If you renew before your current update period expires, the additional year begins on the existing expiration date, so you do not lose any remaining time.
Can I renew before my current update period expires?
Yes. Renewing early does not cause you to lose any time. Your additional year of updates begins when your current update period expires.
Can I renew after my update period has expired?
Yes. Enter your license key above to renew an expired update plan. Your renewed year begins on the day you renew.
Where can I find my Flight Reader Desktop license key?

How do I download updates after renewing?
Visit the Flight Reader download page and enter your existing license key. The page will provide the latest Flight Reader Desktop installer available for your renewed license.
Does renewing require reinstalling Flight Reader or affect my saved flight data?
Renewal does not affect your saved flight data. If you plan to keep using the same version of Flight Reader Desktop, you do not need to reinstall it. Simply restart Flight Reader after your purchase is complete so it retrieves your latest license information.If you are upgrading to a newer version, download and run the latest available Flight Reader Desktop installer from the download page.
